A full drain, clean, and refill. Exterior panels, cushions, and cover detailed. Interior shell, filters, and inner cover disinfected, then chemistry rebalanced. Manufacturers recommend this every 1–4 months, depending on use.
A sanitation flush of the inner plumbing, where the majority of spa bacteria is found. Factory recommended every 6 months or less depending on how much you use your spa.
Cold plunges
We service cold plunges as an add-on for our spa maintenance customers. Pricing depends on the size of the plunge — get in touch and we’ll sort out the details.

- Balancing pH
- Balancing chlorine
- Netting and vacuuming debris
- Spraying out filters
- Raising water to the correct level
- Wiping waterline residue
- Replacing or refilling sanitizing cartridges **

Will my service always happen on the same day each service?
We'll try our best to keep your service on the same day each time. That said, within the agreement there is a one- to two-day buffer depending on availability and the schedule for that week.
Do I need to be home?
No, we only need safe access to your spa, but if you'd like, you're more than welcome to be there as we clean.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel any time.
Do you charge extra for chemicals or drive time?
No. Chemicals and travel are built into the per-visit price, even if your spa needs more work than usual that week. Sanitizing dispensers and replacement filters are the only things billed separately.
How often does a spa need a deep clean?
Manufacturers recommend a full drain, clean, and refill every 1–4 months depending on how much you use it. Skipping it leads to skin irritation, odors, and bacteria growth that maintenance alone can't fix.
What if I have a swim spa?
Swim spas hold far more water and take longer, so they're priced separately — starting at $65 weekly, $67 every two weeks, $70 monthly, and $595 for a deep clean.
Do you service cold plunges?
Yes, but only as an add-on for customers who already have us servicing a hot tub or swim spa. Pricing depends on the size of the plunge, so get in touch and we’ll quote it.
What if I have a spa that uses bromine instead of chlorine?
We can still service your bromine spa. The one difference is that you'll be responsible for providing the bromine for us to service it.
Do you service saltwater spas?
Unfortunately, we do not service saltwater spas.
Do you do repairs on spas and hot tubs?
No, we do not. We strictly provide water maintenance and deep cleanings. If you have a mechanical or physical repair needed, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the hot tub or a local third-party spa repair company.
