Deep Clean Service Agreement

(Short version)

We'll keep this simple. Here’s how this works 👇

 

What We’re Doing

We’re giving your spa a full refresh:

  • Drain it

  • Clean it (inside + outside)

  • Refill it

  • Get it running again

Optional: Pipe Cleaning (basically a deep detox for your spa plumbing)

 

The Big One: Water Has to Go Somewhere

When we drain your spa, hundreds of gallons of water are coming out.

You choose where it goes:

  • Yard

  • Driveway

  • Other approved area

👉 Translation:
If water ends up where you didn’t expect… it’s based on the location chosen, not us.

 

Quick Heads Up About Flooding

Water follows gravity, not instructions.

That means it might:

  • Run across patios

  • Pool in low spots

  • Head toward garages or landscaping

👉 We don’t control your property’s slope or drainage, so we’re not responsible for where the water travels.

 

Before We Show Up (Help Us Help You)

Please make sure:

  • Chlorine levels are low (no fresh chemicals right before)

  • We can easily access the spa

  • Power is on

  • A hose/water source is available

  • Pets are secured (we love them, but they don’t love hoses)

 

Your Spa Might Reveal Some Secrets

Draining a spa can expose issues like:

  • Leaks

  • Pump problems

  • Heater issues

👉 These are usually already there—we’re just the ones who discover them.

 

Restart Reality Check

Most spas fire right back up.

Some… don’t.

👉 We do not guarantee everything will work perfectly after restart, and we’re not responsible for equipment failures.

 

Winter = Higher Risk

Cold weather + water + plumbing = risk.

👉 If it’s freezing:

  • We may reschedule

  • Or proceed (if you approve) with added risk

Either way, we’re not responsible for freeze-related damage.

 

Not Using Your Spa? (Winterizing)

If you’re shutting it down:

  • We drain + clean + protect it

  • We do NOT refill it

👉 This helps, but does not guarantee zero damage over time.
Nature still does its thing.

 

Safety & Common Sense Stuff

We may pause or reschedule if:

  • Access is blocked

  • Conditions are unsafe (ice, hazards, etc.)

  • Pets interfere

 

Payment (Let’s Keep It Clean Here Too)

  • Payment is due after service

  • You’ve got 21 days

After that:

  • 10% fee added

  • +10% every Monday until paid

(We don’t like it either—just pay on time 👍)

 

Liability (The Legal Part, Made Simple)

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the service.

 

The Bottom Line

By booking this service, you’re saying:

✔ “I understand how this works”
✔ “I approve the service”
✔ “I accept the risks involved”
