Deep Clean Onboarding

Thanks for letting us take care of your Deep Clean/Drain and Refill!

Before we jump in, here are a few quick things to make sure we are all on the same page.

Step 1: Service Agreement

We need your service agreement signed and filled out (scroll to the bottom of the agreement).

Step 2: Card on File

A secure link will be sent via text or email to input your credit card information.

We need a credit card on file before services start.

You will only be charged after a service is completed.

Step 3: Spa is Working + Chlorine is GONE

Before we arrive, please make sure your spa has power and is functioning properly.

If the spa is not working or does not have power, we may not be able to complete the service correctly.

If a pipe cleaning is being performed, please make sure your hot tub is full of water and turned on. If you need to fill it, turn it off, remove the filter and place/fill with the hose where the filter would sit, then turn it back on.

Please make sure that you DO NOT put in any Chlorine 24hrs before our service. If chlorine levels are too high, we may not be able to service your spa.

Where to Drain?

Before we start, we will need you to confirm with us where you would like us to drain the spa water.

Expectations

During our visit, expect the following to happen:

Drain spa/hot tub

Clean interior shell

Clean exterior

Clean cover

Clean filters

Pipe Flush (add on service if purchased)

Refill Spa

Restart Spa System

Rebalance chemicals

Keep in mind, we supply all chemicals during our visits, excluding bromine if you use a bromine spa.

After each service, you will receive a photo of your spa and a photo showing that the hose bib has been turned off.

Things NOT Included

The following items are NOT included with our services:

New filters

New sanitizing dispensers

These are the responsibility of you, the client.

That said, if you need help finding the right ones, we are happy to help source them or point you in the right direction. Once they are purchased, we can help install them.

Sourcing fee: $25 + cost of chemicals/items.

Chlorine Granules

Sanitizing Dispenser

Repairs

We do not perform spa repairs, including mechanical or electrical issues.

For those types of issues, we recommend contacting the location where the spa was purchased, the manufacturer, or a local third-party spa repair shop.

READ: After Deep Clean

After a Deep Clean, you may find your spa the next day dirty again. That happens frequently.

When we do a deep clean or pipe clean, it breaks up the bacteria and debris internally and it may take time to cycle all the gunk out.

Don't be alarmed, give us a quick text and we can come clean that up for you at no cost!

Note: Previously hidden damage internally may become visible once the spa is drained and refilled due to the water temperature change which expands and contracts the pipes. If that does happen, please be sure to reach out to your repair company as soon as you can to get that fixed.

Deep Clean Reminder

Factory recommendations are to drain, clean, and refill your spa every 1–4 months, depending on usage.

We will send reminders when the time comes.

That's All!!

Thanks for trusting Granite Spa Services! We can’t wait to help keep your spa clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

Please text us if you have any questions. Talk to ya soon!
