Getting Started With Granite Spa Services

First off, we are stoked to help take care of your regular spa water maintenance!

Before we jump in, here are a few quick things to make sure we are all on the same page.

Step 1: Service Agreement

We need your service agreement signed and filled out (scroll to the bottom of the agreement). â€‹

Step 2: Card on File

A secure link will be sent via text or email to input your credit card information.

We need a credit card on file before services start.

You will only be charged after a service is completed.

Step 3: Make Sure Spa Is Working

Before we arrive, please make sure your spa has power and is functioning properly.

If the spa is not working or does not have power, we may not be able to complete the service correctly.

Expectations

During a regular maintenance visit, expect the following to happen:

Balance pH

Balance chlorine

Net and vacuum debris

Spray out filters

Raise the waterline if needed

Wipe residue from the waterline

Replace or refill cartridges or floaters when necessary

Add any other chemicals needed to help keep the spa in good condition

Keep in mind, we supply all chemicals during our visits, excluding bromine if you use a bromine spa.

After each service, you will receive a photo of your spa and a photo showing that the hose bib has been turned off.

Arrival Times

Our technicians are scheduled by day, not by the hour. Every route is a little different, so we can't promise an exact arrival time.

The good news? You'll receive a text message before we arrive, so you'll know we're on our way.

Pro Tip!

To help keep your spa fresh between our visits, we recommend pouring 2 tablespoons of chlorine granules into the water after each use.

If the spa is used multiple times in one day, just add the chlorine once at the end of the day.

Tiny habit. Big difference. Your future spa water will thank you.

Things NOT Included

The following items are NOT included with our services:

New filters

New sanitizing dispensers

These are the responsibility of you, the client.

That said, if you need help finding the right ones, we are happy to help source them or point you in the right direction. Once they are purchased, we can help install them.

Sourcing fee: $25 + cost of chemicals/items.

Sanitizing Dispenser

Repairs

We do not perform spa repairs, including mechanical or electrical issues.

For those types of issues, we recommend contacting the location where the spa was purchased, the manufacturer, or a local third-party spa repair shop.

Quick Note About Spa Water

Spa water can change quickly, even with regular service.

If something looks off or you are concerned, send us a picture and let us know what is going on. We are happy to take a look and help guide you.

Regular service helps maintain your spa, but it does not guarantee the water will look perfect every hour between visits. Hot tubs are great, but they can also be a little dramatic.

Deep Clean Reminder

Factory recommendations are to drain, clean, and refill your spa every 1–4 months, depending on usage.

We will send reminders when the time comes, and yes, we can help with that chore too.

That's All!!

Thanks for trusting Granite Spa Services! We can’t wait to help keep your spa clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

Please text us if you have any questions. Talk to ya soon!
